Please remember After placing an order, use your Order number and Name as the banking description (example #12345 Steven King)  when transferring to our bank account. Orders are processed once payment reaches our bank account. Please DO NOT put another description!

We only accept exchanges for RYO if there is a problem with it within 3 days of receiving the product.

We take security serious. ensure you DO NOT put the item description or our site name anywhere on the payment to us. example: smokes, tobacco, 500g,12mg, 1kg, cigarettes, cartons, brand names etc. This is strictly forbidden and will result in your order being cancelled.

We request you ONLY put your Order number and name in the payment description and your order number in the Payment Reference Field. Please double check you have entered your correct order number. Example: #102030 John smith (must be in this format)

If your bank does not allow a description or reference to be left then you will need to put the order number as the payee name and immediately email us with a screenshot of your payment made to: thecornerstoreauhelp@protonmail.com
